Floating Cabin for RentSteele Creek Marina offers floating cabin rental to visitors who want to experience life on Kerr Lake in a very special way! With room to sleep six it truly provides a unique getaway opportunity for you and your family and friends.

$ 350/night (must have own personal boat)

$500/night (Additional 20′ –9 Seat–Pontoon Boat included)

Terms and Conditions

A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be held as damage/security deposit and will be returned after your rental period has ended, providing there is no damage or missing items. Gas and oil used on the pontoon boat and the houseboat will be deducted from the deposit. A $25.00 (minimum) cleaning fee will be charged. Full payment must be received within thirty days before the start of your rental.

Things to Bring

Customers need to provide bed sheets and pillowcases for QUEEN bed, FULL pull out sofa bed, and/or 2 TWIN mattresses in loft area. You also need to provide your own bath towels and beach towels. Dishes, pots & pans, utensils, measuring cups and spoons, silverware, glassware, and a coffee maker are provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation 30 days or more and receive a full refund (minus a $50.00 processing fee). Any cancellation made within 14 days will forfeit half of the deposit and any cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all of the deposit.
